Wansen Quality & Operations Center

We control the entire process — from formulation authority and production standard authorization to Wansen QC verification and final batch release. Every roll released under the WSFILM™ brand has passed our quality protocols.

Our R&D & Quality Operations Infrastructure

11 High-Throughput Fulfillment Channels

Our integrated supply chain infrastructure integrates precision quality control systems and functional coating oversight, managing and authorizing QC release for over 500,000 sqm monthly for global markets.

ISO-Rated QC Environment

A fully controlled Quality & Operations Hub ensuring TPU films meet the strictest optical clarity and performance specifications.

Global Technology Integration

We utilize the latest nano-ceramic coating matrices to ensure precise distribution of functional layers over premium base film substrates.

Wansen Integrated Supply Chain & Quality Operations

Every WSFILM™ production batch passes through three mandatory control stages before the Wansen QC Release Mark is issued. This is what end-to-end quality authority looks like.

Stage 1 — Incoming Raw Material Verification

Before any production batch is authorized, every inbound lot of Lubrizol™ TPU granules, Argotec™ aliphatic base film, Covestro™ TPU, and Ashland™ pressure-sensitive adhesive is physically verified against Certificate of Analysis (CoA) at our Quality Center. Thickness, viscosity, and thermal stability parameters are locked against Wansen specification thresholds. Only passing lots proceed to formulation authorization.

Stage 2 — Specification-Authorized Supply Chain

Production runs are executed within Wansen-authorized strategic fulfillment partnerships — strictly per Wansen-locked formulation parameters (polymer ratios, UV stabilizer packages, adhesive coat weight). Our supervisors monitor every process variable on the line. Any batch deviating from Wansen specification standards is rejected before it reaches the QC stage — no exceptions.

Stage 3 — Wansen QC Release & Dispatch Verification

Finished rolls undergo Wansen QC verification: optical clarity inspection, thickness uniformity check, 180° peel tack test, and thermal stability simulation (thermal cycling from -20°C to +120°C). Stain resistance and elongation-at-break tests validate extreme-climate performance before the Wansen QC Release Mark is applied. Only marked rolls proceed to dispatch and global distribution.

Wansen Supply Chain & Quality Operations: Where Standards Define Quality

Our Operations Hub is the core of Wansen's technical superiority. We employ a rigorous supply chain quality control system that bridges the gap between material science and automotive application.

Core Operational & Fulfillment Competencies

Proprietary Formulation: We exclusively utilize high-grade utilizing Covestro™ resins and utilizing Ashland™ adhesives in our premium film series. Our R&D team meticulously tunes these formulations to provide industry-leading stain resistance, super-stretch capability, and extreme heat durability.

Strict Quality Control Protocols

Before any batch is cleared for export, it undergoes our signature multi-stage testing process:

Full-Spectrum Operations Management

As an Integrated Industry-and-Trade entity, we orchestrate the entire workflow — from the precision specification of raw materials to the meticulous packaging of finished rolls — for our partners in multiple high-demand markets worldwide.

Operational Transparency

Our Quality Center is equipped for continuous supply chain monitoring and Wansen QC verification, ensuring that our proprietary quality standards are upheld with zero deviation. Every production batch is tracked from specification authorization to final dispatch.

Technical Excellence & International Standards

Global Material Synergy

We integrate core technologies — utilizing specialized Lubrizol™ granules as raw material, utilizing 100% authentic Argotec™ base film, and utilizing the Ashland™ adhesive system.

Nano-Crosslinking & Flexible Memory

We adopt advanced ceramic nano-crosslinking coating technology to build a high-density molecular barrier that enhances anti-yellowing resistance in specialized high-temperature markets (50°C+).
